"We have visited this hotel on a number of occasions and the service, friendliness and professionalism of the staff remains consistently excellent. We also like that management staff are visible, accessible and approachable. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well appointed, the Spa is excellent with a wide variety of treatments. I can highly recommend this hotel."
"This is a fabulous place to stay in lovely Charlestown. The hotel, bar and amenities are excellent. There is a lively terrace to have a drink and something to eat while you soak up the views of the sea and harbour.
The staff are all lovely and make you feel very much at home. We have visited before and it’s nice to pick up conversations with staff who make the effort to make you feel welcome. It’s an ideal place to stay if you are visiting the Eden Project or if you want a base to explore the St Austell and Fowey area. The rooms are very nicely decorated and feel plush. There is also free parking at the sister pub up the road, the Rashleigh Inn. All in all - top place to stay and lovely people!"
"A really tranquil and well thought out hotel. Great little touches like including an anniversary card in the room for us, and extra amenities in the spa. The staff were friendly and polite, the food was good quality. We ordered room service and the cheesecake was possibly the best I've ever had, it really was perfect 😂😍 the room was spacious and had a lovely little balcony with furniture, we even saw rabbits hopping around adding to the relaxing, retreat vibes. Overall we would definitely reccomend staying here, and we will definitely back (for the hotel and for the cheesecake!)"

Almost brand new and perfectly designed, furnished and thought out.
The staff were 10/10 - so helpful and friendly.
The rooms are 10/10 - spacious, spotless and furnished to a very high standard.
The food was next level 10/10 - the scallops were the best I've ever had and the short rib beef was incredible.
There's even lots of parking and the bays are wide, helpful if you have a larger car like mine.
Book with 100% confidence.
We will be back!"
"The cobblestone parking was slightly challenging, and we weren’t expecting to be in a separate building from the inn, but the room was very comfortable and the large window had a great view which brightened up the space. The location was perfect, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We appreciated that breakfast was included."
