"Our room was humid and the ac / fan couldn't control the humidity so the room was constantly moist. Bathtub didn't drain well, hair in the sink when we arrived and floor was dirty / sandy. We were locked out of our room 2x because the keycard wasn't working and had to get a working key card twice. ..."
