"This was a quick one night stay. The hotel has a beautiful Spanish look to it. Check in very easy. Our room was spacious with a couch. I had an ice long sleep. Very quiet during the night."

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed slept well. More, fluffy pillows would have been nice. Also, more than one washcloth would be good too. Okay for the price, but $180 a night is a little steep for the stay. Location is great, and compared to other hotels in Saint Augustine, it's price and quality are the best. "

"Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was spotless. Was a small hole in the wall near the TV that needs patched up. Fresh coat of paint on the outside of the halls is needed. Staff was friendly. Great location. Walking to plant6y of restaurants and the pier. Parking free and secure."

"The stuff here was very helpful very professional and very patient there was a lot of activity going on as we were in the last few days of planning for a wedding. Warm feeling breakfast which was perfect."

"Only got one bath towel for two people. There was a day were the room was not serviced. $15 dollars for parking was a ripoff when there is a free public lot next door. "

"The rooms and cottages overlook the beach and provide easy access; the location is very convenient for visiting local restaurants and tourist attractions. Highly recommended if you want to combine touring and hanging out on the beach. The staff was very attentive and the breakfasts were well-prepared and tasty."

"Breakfast was adequate, but would get boring if you stayed very long. The floor was not clean when we arrived. It really needed a sweeo and good mopping! "

"Checked in went to the room to find it smelled of mold and mildew, there were stains all over the comforter in one room and the other had holes burnt in the blanket. Sheets and towels were dingy yellow room just appeared to be unclean and unkept. The shared balcony door did not lock and was difficult to open. There was no climate control. Went straight down to the office to notify them they got angry telling us nothing was wrong with the room. I tried to check out so we wasn’t charged for the rest of our stay they refused to check us out or give anything showing we wasn’t staying. Very disappointed with the entire situation. Do not waste your time or money at this place. 3 other families were experiencing the same thing in the hour we were in the lobby trying to resolve similar situation. "
