"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"The Bahia was a little outdated as far as the bedrooms, but was keep very clean and very spacious.. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall my husband and I had a great time, the atmosphere was great. Great vibes and great hospitality. There was always something to do and the entertainment was great.. The restaurant was great, Especially the Jazmin. Overall I would rate the resort an 9 out of 10 due to the out dated rooms. Again great resort , we will definitely recommend it and we will definitely come again 😊🎉"

"Our stay at Brown Shugahh Villa was absolutely amazing! The entire team was phenomenal and provided the best service anyone could ask for. G, the house manager, Ode, our butler, Sophia, our housekeeper, Joseph, our chef, and Brian, our groundskeeper, all went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food was delicious, the house was immaculate, and the grounds were just as beautiful and well kept. The level of care and attention from the entire team made our stay extra special. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.Brown Shugahh Villa is definitely a 10 out of 10 for us! We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing experience. "Clean house with ac in each room very cozy and private area great security and safe environment. Love the grocery store across the street good food. You would need to have a vehicle to enjoy it like I did, i rented a Kia. Nice pool and gym has new equipment being installed 👍"
