"Wonderful property, beautiful surroundings! House very cozy; we stayed in the master bedroom and were happy to have a private bathroom! We spent loads of time in and around the huge pool— what a fun way to spend time with the grandchildren, and we absolutely loved the mechanized, secure pool cover. Such peace of mind. Kitchen fully equipped for meals, and the kids loved the separate game/TV room. Gave the adults some time off too!"

"Absolutely delightful stay with family for a special birthday. The pictures show the beautiful house and grounds, but no pictures can portray the serene atmosphere on the hilltop with picturesque views in every direction, and only the sounds of nature. We enjoyed the cooler weather and no bugs! There is plenty to do with pool, tennis court, game room, and cabinet full of games for all ages. We had a private chef come to the house for the birthday dinner and enjoyed the patio and views more than any restaurant. Our group was age 3 through 80 and everyone is ready go back. Communication with the owner wasn't ever necessary for any problems, but was quick and easy for a few questions."

"Stayed 8 nights with Son and his family. Everything was comfortable. The game room and pool/hot tub were our favorites. My 9 year old grandson put his initials on a few pinball games. Overall everything was great. One of the best hosts I've encountered. Great communication and fast answers to questions. Highly recommend. "

"We had two couples head to Napa for a short trip. Such a cute cottage and perfect for Sonoma excursions. Napa requires going over or around the mountains but it’s not bad. Hot tub was great. Cottage was well appointed. Coffee pot is on the small side for 3 coffee drinkers. No complaints. Helpful binder of info. Bedrooms were spacious. Primary bath could be updated but certainly enough room. "
