Booked an executive suite with patio and courtyard view. Had a tiny damp basement room with small ground level window looking under the deck. If u r over 5 ft 2 inches tall then b prepared to hit your head regularly on the chandelier. No patio, no courtyard, no breakfast, never met hosts but did endure their yappy dog and constant overhead walking. Didn't enjoy the moldy shared shower or the cockroach in my room!

Room was clean floor as expected.
Staff were all very courteous especially the breakfast staff Lisa and the other Ladies. The maintenance guy Reginald I think was his name was also very pleasant.
