This amazing home in north Vermont is in the perfect spot. It sits 20 minutes north of Burlington, 20 minutes east of Stowe Mountain, 20 minutes west of Lake Champlain, and 20 minutes south of Canada. The old world brick style estate home is laden with modern technology. It sits on 23 acres with privacy on every side. The lakefront property sits on a private peninsula. You can ice skate or sleigh ride in the winter, kayak and fish in the spring, summer and fall. One of a kind property offers beauty, privacy, nature and relaxing atmosphere. Get lost in the silence of reading a book while sitting at the lake, or jump in the car and drive 20 minutes in any direction to find fine dinning and outdoor activities. NOTE: The house sits on the border of the towns Fairfax and Georgia. Most people refer to the house location as being in Georgia, VT although it is a Fairfax zip code.
