"99 the Heritage is a beautiful and peaceful retreat in the middle of Chiang Mai’s Old City, directly across from Wat Phra Singh. Lovely rooms. The staff is courteous and very welcoming. We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond when my daughter left something important to her in the room and they arranged to send it on to our next hotel. Highly recommend. "
