"Everything was great. Fabrizio is a great host, the house is strategically located a few steps from the beach hence great for families with small children. One more plus is that you are very close to Porto Cesareo and its amenities."

"This flat was easy to get into, clean and looked like the photos. The area was great, really close to all the lovely shops and restaurants in Lecce old town. Overall I would definitely recommend!"

"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"Accusations were perfectly appointed. Master bedroom very comfortable. Master bathroom very modern. Enjoyed breakfasts on roof terrace. All exceeded expectations "

"We really had good holidays in this place ; mike is very friendly and gave us all the details to discover the area. The swimming pool is a very nice place to relax in very quiet to have peace. Oria is a very nice village to discover ( old castle ) and with nice restaurants "

"È stato tutto ottimo tranne il fatto che la tassa di soggiorno non è stata quella che doveva essere. Ci hanno detto che il sito non ha aggiornato il tariffario. Nel complesso appartamento pulito mi aspettavo anche gli asciugamani ma non c’erano (quindi portateveli). E nell’appartamento c’è solo una portafinestra quindi di notte bisogna stare per forza con il clima acceso perché non c’è aria."

"La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. C'è un piccolo bar dove si può fare colazione (a costo extra). "

"Fregatura/truffa. Il gestore non si è presentato. Non c'è stato modo di contattarlo una volta arrivati lì, peccato che il pernottamento fosse già stato pagato. Così ci siamo ritrovati senza dove dormire, per fortuna Expedia ci ha coperto la prima notte in un albergo. Da sottolineare che neanche Expedia stessa sia riuscita a contattare il gestore, e che al momento non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Esperienza pessima e pessima pubblicità per Lecce. Non mi capacito come questo locale sia ancora...

"We liked it alot since it matched our needs. Good combination to visit restaurants and cook you orwn food. We bought local meet and vegetable's and used the grill thats included. The pool was nice to cool down in during the hot hours, and it was cleaned once a week, the water feelt fresh to swim in. Host was easy to reach and very service minded, but we didnt have any issusses during our stay."

"Good property for 5 ppl with a decent sized kitchen. Location was walking distance to center of Porto Cesareo but you do need a car to get to the nicer Lidos. Owner was very hospitable and available to answer questions. Overall a good experience but I do feel that the apartment needs a little refreshing."
