Although updated and clean, and good budget rooms, the walls are not soundproof and there was a locked door between rooms with gaps. Could hear everyone's toiletting and conversations, door slamming etc.. View from room was over the bay but the industrial wharf site and wood chip pile was in front of the bay.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Great views and short walk down the hill to town. Only gripe is that a real coffee maker in the room wouldn’t go astray.
