We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Sydney Blacktown. It was a smooth process to check in and out at the kiosk. I approached Sher at the reception as I needed more information, she provided excellent customer service, was very helpful and professional.

We booked the house for the family to stay in as we were getting married in the Blue Mountains. It's space and location was perfect for the area an what we required.Easy to find coming from Sydney, the location was quiet and we loved backing onto the bushland.

Great location for hiking Wentworth Fall trails. Unit was very spacious and functional. Needed some extra utensils. Wasnt terrible at all but but just needs freshened up. Would likley stay there again.
