Fabulous Lakeview home with stone fireplace located in Springville / Buchanan
- This large lakeview property is breathtaking! The house sits atop a hill with spectacular views of Kentucky Lake and a large front and back yard. The open floor plan is perfect for large families. The living room has a large stone fireplace, elk chandelier and a one of a kind staircase reminiscent of home fit for Yellowstone! The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for entertaining large families or a romantic weekend getaway. The home has a large front porch and two additional private porches off of the downstairs bedrooms perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Or you can cozy up on the large back porch with seating for 6 to grill out or just relax. There is a two car garage so bring your boat (you can put in about a mile away). The property is located about 5 minutes away from Buchanan Resort where boat and watercraft rentals are available.
