"We were very happy with this rental. Very easy to get in, the host was very responsive, and the house was nicely remodeled. It's tough to find and entire home with a fenced backyard without someone else living on the property. They are usually very expensive. this was still a little more than we were looking to pay, but ended up being worth it after our stay. It was very close to everything as well! Would definitely stay here again!"

"The location of this place is very nice and the neighborhood is quiet. During the day you can hear the people upstairs walking around, but it was very quiet at night. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of thoughtful touches that you don't find at all places... snacks, extra toiletries, etc."

"I have stayed at the Parc on 5th apartments before and have been happy with the location. I needed 3 bedrooms this time and was pleasantly surprised to find a 3 bedroom town home available and a super price. It also had a 2 car garage for our use and street parking if needed. The place was clean and new. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the office space with computer and printer upstairs and the multi charging cables here and there. "We came in for a family wedding. The home is perfect for a large group. The ceiling are high and the original woodwork is charming. The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses are very comfortable.
