  • Cottage house with Limestone exterior on a 6 acre Pecan Orchard located within a 1/4 mile off 199 & US 51 in the heart of Springtown Texas. The cozy home offers 2 separate bedrooms, a den with futon and 1 full bathroom along with a full kitchen with dining table, living room with sofa and large ottoman as well as a large flat screen tv with Comcast cable service and wireless 5 G internet, There is also a second cozy den with a futon that’s great for reading and relaxing. The backyard is fenced and beyond the backyard is a 6 acre pecan orchard with 50 mature pecan trees. The rear of the property backs into a creek as well. Springtown Square & Park are a few blocks away. Brookshire grocer and other retailers are all within a mile. Hal’s Diner is across the street.
