The room was good but it was unclear whether the snacks and water in the room was included or not. The menu kept on the table didn't have those items in it. We were disappointed by the dirty carpets in the lift lobby on 6th floor. After checking-in past midnight, arriving on the 6th floor, the first thing we saw was the dirty, looked like coffee stained, carpet. We thought may be somebody dropped it late in the evening and it didn't get cleaned. It was there when we checked out 3 days later. While deciding on the hotel to stay we had looked at Frederick (significantly cheaper), which is just across the street, and dropped it because the reviews said "mushy smell in the rooms". Wise decision, not sure!

Fabulous experience. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Especially while checking-in. Would come back again! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and have amazing views!

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location and good place to stay. Close to a lot of restaurants, Times Square, transport, and Broadway productions.

Amazing stay! Hotel was clean, staff very friendly, room a good size, great location a few steps from Times Square steps and the grab and go was perfect for my morning latte. Would highly recommend and come back to
