Our room was on the third floor and there's no elevator. It's very inconvenient to haul your luggage up to the third floor. Next time we come there, we'll ask for a first floor.

We just returned from a week at Margaritaville cottages! We had a blast and loved the water park. My only issue is there isn’t much to do if the weather isn’t great. The arcade only has a couple games so if they could extent the arcade to a big one it would be even better! We will definitely be back for another family vacation.

This property exceeded our expectations!! We will absolutely be back again. The staff was amazing, the property and rooms were beyond anything we could have expected and there was so much for our 4 children to do there was never a dull moment! Our only wish was for some form of music outside by the pool in our house but we were very happy even without!

The room was nice and clean. You are only given 1 set of towels for the stay so you have to wash your own. There is a coffee make but not coffee. Had an issue with someone parking in one of our spots tried to call the front desk several times no one would answer or call back eventually ended up walking to the front desk in the rain to inquire and it wasn’t resolved. Also pool area needs updated most of the lounge chairs were broken.
The restaurant was never open so you couldn’t even buy a coffee nor was there any complimentary coffee at the front desk. A little underwhelmed but I’ve definitely stayed at worse places.

We arrived late in the evening. Had to rush through dinner or pay a 20$ late check in fee. Almost impossible to find the front desk due to it being at the back of the property and hardly any lightening. Wouldn't stay again
