You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

New 2021 home 3 BR, PEACEFUL GETAWAY Ozark

This is a new home build in 2021, everything in the house was bough new.
For your convenience we took care of the little things like USB changers by each bed, soft close lids on the toilets, to big things like 70 inch TV, new mattress and beds, new sofa, everything is new in the kitchen.
We offer more than any hotel and make the best of what is being included, please do not expect to have everything that your home does have, this is a nightly rental after all.
For your protection we recently installed 4 security cameras on the exterior of the house 3 are on the front of the house and 1 on the back house. No indoor cameras are installed. We are not allowed pets, or services animale inside the house.

HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

No parties or events allowed.

No smoking allowed. 

No pets allowed.

No shoes inside the house

No unregistered guests allowed. 

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 

Please respect the noise curfew. 

Please turn off the AC when you go out.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. 

Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50.

Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 

Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

Please do your dishes.

Please take the trash out before you leave.

Friendly quiet neighborhood!

Everything you need to cook a meal was provided (cookware). Very nice neighborhood. Near a lot of grocery stores and gas stations. Loved the home layout! Definitely recommend!

Girl Trip Weekend

We enjoyed out weekend in Ozark. Really liked the house and the location was very convenient for the activities we had planned in Springfield. The garage was a big plus.

House was great for our needs. Good communication from owner, and good overall experience. Could have had paper towels, ran out of toilet paper as there was only the partial rolls and no extra rolls. One of the beds was missing a top sheet. Minor things overall, but could be a tad cleaner and attention to these types of things. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Nice Place

Stayed here for a quick trip to Branson. Was close! The drive in was mainly parkway and didn’t seem far at all. Loved having the garage to park in. The street in the back of the house is a bit noisy at times but we could only hear it from the master bedroom. Great space for a family!

This was our third time to stay here. Obviously, we like it or we wouldn't keep coming back! The house is very clean. The furniture is comfortable. The location is convenient to stores, restaurants, and Hwy 65. The host is responsive to any needs you may have. Highly recommend!

Great House

Can't say enough good things about this place, the house was clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed, and was close to Highlandville. Only comment I would make is that it needs blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Very bright in the master bedroom too early in the morning.

Beautiful Home

Home is very nice, was clean, beds weren’t horrible and they had toys in a closet for our daughter to play with. Our only complaint was that we didn’t get to enjoy the home for longer then we did, as our travel plans changed and we because of this we literally showed up at 11pm and checked out the next morning at 10am.

Wonderful Home!

This was a great home! Everything was meticulous and comfortable. Communication was great and would highly recommend. The only issue was that the listing said it had cable TV and it didn’t. They have Samsung Smart TV with their version of “live” channels but not cable. Overall though a 5 star stay!!!!!

Twin beds missing top sheets and pillows with cases. Found damp towels in the dryer. There was no paper towels, linens for the kitchen. House was clean and neat, beds comfortable- just these inconveniences.
