Historic home with Soaring 10 foot ceilings, on the parkway and close to Downtown, MSU and Wonders of Wildlife. Easy access to Everything Springfield has to offer!! Whether you are walking or driving or biking, we have plenty of parking, place to lock your bikes and easy walking access to trails and downtown amenities. 1100 square feet with 2 large bedrooms with plenty of workspace or play area. Perfect for Executive housing, Family relocation, Graduate School or Internship Living :) Note we do have long-term available and if the calendar is booked, please message me because there may be other options :)
The space
Brand new remodel with front and back porch, outdoor seating… enjoy sunrise and sunset! 1100 square feet! Both bedrooms are huge plus a large Eat-in kitchen and laundry area.

The entire property and grounds are non-smoking for everyone’s comfort and enjoyment.
