Galloway Cottage- Bikes and fire pit

Keeping it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located hidden gem cottage. As our guests you will experience a quiet get-away with full amenities and adventure just steps away. Equipped with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, queen bed upstairs, and fold-out couch downstairs. Enjoy a book under the covered front porch, play a game of corn hole, relax in the hammock, or hop on one of the bicycles provided with rental to explore miles of Greenway trails or just enjoy a evening by the firepit. Pet friendly and perfect for walks and enjoying the Ozarks with many trails nearby.
Open floor plan downstairs includes the living room, kitchen, and private bathroom. a comfortable bar for dining, TV and large futon for seating or additional sleeping area. Beamed ceiling on the ground floor is only 6 foot 3 inches tall, so tall people be aware.

Fully equipped kitchen includes stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and other items.

Private upstairs bedroom includes queen size bed, dresser, large closet. Additional seating and separate workspace.

Bathroom has vanity with a large mirror and walk-in shower.
Guest access
Guests have whole house access to all amenities including games, bikes, and a comfortable hammock.
Other things to note
Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Within walking and biking distance to many restaurants including Galloway Station, The Rock, and Andy's Frozen Custard.

We just wanted to get away for a couple days. What a find! Cute little getaway cabin. Close to all the attractions Springfield has to offer. If you want to relax outside…perfect little covered porch. Want to stay indoors…high speed internet, 2 smart tvs. What more could you ask for? And priced about the same as a hotel. For us it’s a no brainer.

Cute hidden gem in great location

This cute cottage is truly a hidden gem. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood within walking distance of great local restaurants. We’ddefinitely stay again! Thanks to our excellent hosts!

Perfect spot to get away

We wanted to get away for a couple of days and still have some space and freedom. This location was far enough from the city to feel like it was on the edge of the country, but still close enough to get anywhere in Springfield without too much hassle. The hammock was great, and everything was nice. This is not a 5 star luxury hotel, but it is very nice and I would go back.

Delightful

A quaint old-fashioned pretty cottage with every modern convenience. And we were surprised to find ourselves in a secluded lot on the edge of the woods, not far from walking trails. We expect to stay there again next time we are in the Springfield area.

Adorable Cottage

We love your little cottage. The location was perfect-easy walking distance to a couple of good restaurants and easy drive to freeways. The upstairs bed was very comfortable. The sofa couch adequate. We enjoyed the covered front patio and the birds.

Excellent hidden getaway

We recently spent two nights at this charming cottage, and it was a wonderful experience. The cozy atmosphere and all of the amenities made us feel right at home. We loved the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with the city just a short distance away for exploring. Every moment felt special, from relaxing on the porch to family games inside. Cozy and wuaint

Very nice tiny house. I'm glad I wasn't taller. The exposed joists are a little low but if you're under 6'4" you will be fine. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for where our event was held. Definitely would recommend this for a nice relaxing stay in Springfield.

So much better than a hotel

Private parking, patio, back yard, full kitchen, laundry and 2 floors of living space. This is a great getaway. The conveniences and space are much better than typical hotel rooms.

Loved the location!

We loved the cabin and location. It was like being in the country with all the city amenities close by. We had deer in yhe yard and took advantage everyday of the park and walking trails. Tank you for the Andy's hift card!

Cottage Getaway

My boyfriend and I love traveling and taking trips whenever we can. We decided on Springfield because it’s closer to home, (St. Louis), and we have friends who have stayed there. This place was the cutest and best little cottage. I could stay there forever! The deer in the backyard were an awesome surprise. Everything you need is here, for such a cute and memorable place.

Cute place!

This place was perfect for my husband, dog, and I! It is close to town, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood! The kitchen is fully stocked, bathroom has several clean towels and a basket FULL of toiletries incase you forgot anything. The owners were very quick to respond and were so sweet. I will be back!

Galloway Cottage in Springfield, Mo

We were looking to get away for just a mini vacation. This cottage was perfect for us & our 4 legged babies. It was clean, quiet & had everything we needed. It is only 30 miles to Branson so we drove over 2 different days. It is a very quiet location with plenty of walking area for the little ones. The hosts responded promptly to any texts. I recommend Galloway Cottage with no hesitation.
