The place was everything you could hope for in the stay. The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable. It had everything you needed. Hopefully this place is available anytime I come in town

Our host was very helpful when we realized our stay was going to be cut short by a day. She did what she could to refund us the one day we removed from our itinerary. The small apartment was very convenient to all our events in Springfield and was within walking distance of a small park and the MSU campus. Overall, this apartment met our needs and we had a wonderful trip to Springfield.

This little apartment holds everything you need for a stay in Springfield, Missouri. Its location to both Missouri State University and the downtown area is perfect for checking out both. The apartment itself was spotless, the queen size bed very comfortable and the apartment manager. made the check-in & checkout easy. I will stay here again when I come to visit family & friends.

The place was nice overall and it was nice to have a kitchen. The water heater was pretty small so I had to keep my showers short, I feel like this could be something that could be irritating if you have more than one person staying there.

Clean and Comfy

This unit was perfect for my one-person stay. The accomodations were clean, well-appointed, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I appreciated the charging cords in the bedroom, as well as the two large-screen internet TVs--one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The unit is also very convenient to several fast-food restaurants, a grocery store, and a CVS, so it was easy to pick up things I needed during my stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

The directions were vague, the Vrbo was nice, just not clean. There was hair and blood on the sheets. The ceiling fan was dusty. There was an ant mound in the bedroom, and ants crawling all on the floor. We found what looked like mice droppings under the toaster.
