Ok place to stay

Didn’t get what was ordered and paid for got 2 queen beds instead of the king beds I paid for staff cared more about rating then customers.

Quiet and clean. I will stay there again. The included breakfast was simple, however hotel guests get a discount at the Village Inn restaurant (great breakfast) located right behind hotel.

Was accused of not paying by clerk on duty. Came to my room and demanded a credit card. I was forced to show him my Expedia account where charges were applied and paid. Terrible!

It was an average stay. First room we got put in a/c was broken but they quickly moved us rooms. Bed was comfortable, definatly outdated, but for the price hard to beat.

Our stay was convenient to the location of the event we attended. The property itself is run down and has a lot of broken/cheap/dirty amenities. Ozark is a beautiful town with a lot to offer and deserves nicer accommodations.

The hallways smelled very bad and have not been cleaned. The entire place needs rehabbed.

Friendly staff

Everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful Thought we would get a continental breakfast ugh. It was a bag with small muffin and fruit cup also a mini granola bar. No beverage available except coffee in very small cups Would have been nice to have a full size coffee maker in the room, it was a 1 cup at a time.

The breakfast was ridiculously limited and all generic brands. There were mattresses lying in the parking lot near the dumpster. The room was surface clean but needed a deep cleaning. Dirty windows and "fur" on the exhaust fan.

We booked 2 rooms they told we when we go there we only booked one room and they were about to our room away because we didn’t get there till 11 pm. They were very rud to us

NO smoking signs everywhere, room stunk of Cigarettes. Bed was crinkling of pee pad mattress pad, uncomfortable pillows. Spider crawling in sink in the morning.
