"The hotel was very disappointing. It was dirty, the room had a very old musty smell. We ended up not staying there. After checking in , we actually left and went next door to the Hampton Inn."
"I was charged for a nights stay after canceling the reservation with Expedia whom I booked the stay with in plenty of time to avoid the charge. You can be sure that I will never use Expedia or book a room through Baymont again. As a pilot, I'm aware of the penalties for not canceling a reservation having stayed in hotels all my working life."
