"Tv wasn’t working, and no running water"

"The hotel room is outdated and needs to be remodeled. The room was clean overall but old. From the paint on the wall to the beds, so outdated. Lighting in bathroom terrible and does not have ventilation. The staff were nice and helpful when needed. My first time staying at a Fairfield probably will be my last."

"The first room bathroom was dirty, and there was a dead ant on the sheets. More ants came out later in the day on the desk in the room from the previous occupants. Our room was changed and the room was much better but the bathroom had hair on the floor and a dead small worm. There was not enough towels/rags. Cleaning lady did not want to give towels, she made us go speak to the front desk even though she was right in front of our room. The shower head was squirting water everywhere. The door keys are confusing and faulty. They had to be changed 3 times. The pool was terrible and not cleaned, the water was very cloudy. The pool area smelled bad we could not swim. The gym was the only ok thing but the treadmills did not work and there was no air in gym. The breakfast was ok but the sausages were very dry as if they were from the day before, the muffins were also hard. I would not stay again"

"Our overall experience here was great! The house is incredibly cozy and comfortably fit about six of us. Coming from the city, I absolutely loved how quiet the neighborhood is and we barely saw the neighbors, making it a perfect peaceful retreat.The location is also incredibly convenient. The Mall of Georgia, several supermarkets, and plenty of dining options are all within a quick 10 to 15-minute drive. A few quick tips for future guests, If you work from home like I do, you may want to bring a backup hotspot. The WiFi lagged a bit and dropped my connection a few times, but luckily I had my own backup. A couple of the outlets in the kitchen weren't working during our stay. If you have a lot of devices or work gear to plug in, bringing a small power strip might be handy. Despite those two minor tech hiccups, we had a wonderful time and I would definitely book this home again. Thank you so much for hosting us :-)"

Dream house! Hot tub, GameRoom, Theater, Fenced Backyard Fire Pit

" We loved our stay! The house was lovely and ended up being the perfect place for an extended family vacation. We watched movies in the home theater, roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, and enjoyed the giant spa bathtub! We really loved the neighborhood—I think the only neighbors we ran across were a few local deer. As a group of only women and little kids, we never felt unsafe at the house or in the area. It is clear that the owners put a good deal of thought into the amenities in the house. The mattresses were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with pans and everything we needed to cook and the basement had tons of entertainment for the kids. The owners left us a basket of snacks, extra toothbrushes and even an assortment of face masks in addition to tea and coffee. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing retreat. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again!"
