I booked 2 nights Friday thru Sunday and I woke up Saturday to go shopping and came back and someone else was in my room my belongings where gone they bagged all my things up and said I only paid for one night and wouldn’t correct their mistake I was beyond pissed and upset also inconvenienced extremely

The guys at the front desk were very nice. That was the only positive about this experience! Where to start... Walked into room and it smelled nasty and unclean. The lamp did not turn on. It had to be plugged into the wall and unplugged nightly because the twist switch was broken. Bottom sheets had hair and black stuff on them where they must not have been changed. Shower did not drain. Mold on walls by toilet. No TV remote. Pool ladder steps broken. Door to restroom in pool room that and would not shut. Only two overhead lights worked in pool room. There were left over coffee grounds in room coffee pot. Outlet at sink did not work. There was no room service you had to ask for linens each night and they never had enough. First night the shower water was luke warm at best. There was no microwave in room that was listed in amenities for the room. Walls are very thin. The outside back door card reader was broken. The breakfasts were definitely not the full spread of typical choice motels. And this was for a $145 a night. A new room was asked for and was told none available.

This was disappointing. Pictures did not match reality. Room smelled smoky. Carpets had large black stains on either side of the bed. Desk chair was peeling. Lampshades were broken. Closet had no doors. We will not pick a Quality Inn in the future.

Not much warm water for showering. No elevator access for upper floors. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms very nice and comfortable.

Nice and quiet, clean and comfortable. It's difficult to get warm water on the second floor. I don't know if they are having a heater problem but it's been lukewarm shower for three days.

Not only did the people in the next room make so much noise and banging on the walls and screaming at each other, the carpet was dirty, worn and outdated. The desk chair was shedding and falling apart, sitting on the toilet was almost impossible since you were pressed against the wall, the shower was stained and filthy, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, stains on the walls and mold on the furniture, outside doors were broken and unoperable, I was not there even two hours before checking out and even after saying something to the front desk person, was still supposedly charged for one night.

Decent place to stay a night or two.
Some details, like the room’s carpet and bedspread, desperately need replacing. There were holes and damage. Bed was decently comfortable, and clean. I got this room for the tub specifically and I was quite satisfied with that. Shower felt like it needed a good scrubbing and a CLR treatment. Breakfast was just okay. It was serviceable for the need.

The breakfast was extremely limited. We never had housekeeping come to our room for all 10 days we were there. The fire alarm went off 4/10 of the night we were there and they were all false alarms (Thankfully). Anything you need you are most certainly going to have to ask for. Our comforter had a giant yellow stain on it. However lots of stuff to eat around the property so that was good.

The staff were awesome all the way around and every shift! I stayed at this hotel last year and it was perfect this stay not so much the 1st room I checked in I walked in and seen roaches the 2nd room not only did the heat not work but I am now covered in flea bites and my puppy is getting deflead as I write this review! They offer breakfast and was out of coffee and the area looked as though a food fight occurred I walked right out and went to purchase breakfast elsewhere and left today to find a new hotel for remainder of my trip. Also the hotel guest that are currently there are on drugs traffic all night, loud, and a young lady was running this morning as she seen a police officer pulling in and her accomplice picked her up at the gas station next door.

It was a terrible experience. Absolutely garbage. There was a roach in our bathroom so we asked for a room change. We moved upstairs and there was blood on the sheets and poop on the comforter. The same night there was an old lady who was knocking on our door and then proceeded to sit on the floor outside our room, then she knocked on other neighbors’ doors. Then there was a lady SCREAMING at the top of her lungs at someone and sounding like she was getting beat up. In reality she was talking on the phone. The next night she was knocking on her room door for about an hour, yelling outside in the hallway. Once she got let in, she was yelling at the top of her lung inside the room. Some super sketchy guys came out of their room and started banging on their door and screaming at them to shut up. The most unpleasant experience. We left a day early. Garbage breakfast too. Dog water of a hotel. The streets of Chicago would probably treat you better.

Be aware. They charge extra per dog, which is not said anywhere on this website, which makes an affordable night and affordable for those traveling with multiple pets.

First off, I got a room with 2 queens instead of a room with 1 king like I booked. There were holes in the closet door. Some of the rooms didn’t have a plaque, but instead the number was written in pencil on the wall. The complimentary breakfast was sad and pathetic. Your only options were toast and muffins, yogurt, or waffles. The cereal container was broken and wouldn’t serve. The waffle mix was fairly runny. Overall poor experience, would not recommend unless you’re only there for an overnight stay or if you have pets (but even then, do NOT get breakfast)

This hotel looked a step up from condemned. Our room was dirty and just dingy. The the floor of the wooden cabinet the fridge was in was literally rotten. The tub was disgusting, the curtains were ripped and wouldn’t close all the way, the desk chair looked like they had picked it up in someone trash on the side of the road. There was a used towel in our bathroom and the desk lamp was smashed on the bottom and dirty. The receptionist was very rude and not accommodating. There were very few ppl staying there and I asked for an extra blanket and he told me they had none. I asked for a different room because ours was so bad and he told me that our room was a nice room! He wouldn’t move us and I couldn’t have a refund bc we had already checked in. I asked to speak to a manager but she was no where to be found all day long. And when we tried to call the hotel no one would answer the phone. It was also very dark in the parking lot and downright creepy. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.

Good-water pressure, sizable pillows, fan worked in the bathroom. Bad-stained linens, shower head was a pressure washer, tub hardly drained, hole in wall, broken headboard, no boxspring, futon style mattress, busted lampshade, broken remote, you have to unplug tv to turn it off. No lights in the parking lot-very unsafe.

When we checked in the clerk said that our room had no TV. I asked if we could get a different room because we have 2 children with us. He said no and that he would give us a discount for the missing tv. When we got to the room there was no hand soap and there was old beer in the fridge and a old room key on the floor. So we went down and told them about the beer, gave them the key and said we needed soap he just looked at us and said “soap?” And we said yes we need some and he just said “oh ok”, propped his feet up on the desk and got back on his cell phone. We didn’t get soap and the beer was still in the fridge when we got back. The walls were thin. The phone was in the nightstand not plugged in. We went to the breakfast, that was a joke. Just cereal and a gallon of milk. Some muffins. Yogurt. The coffee was watered down. They had a waffle maker but it was clearly not cleaned that morning. The outside side door was broken and the pool could use a cleaning. And the ice machine was broke. This place is just trash needs some employees and maintenance. Just stay somewhere else.

When we checked in, the rooms were not cleaned yet. Both doors were open and the sheets were on the floor. I went downstairs and let them know and they were magically cleaned in 5 minutes. So I'm pretty sure they just made the bed with the dirty sheets. On top of that both rooms reeked of smoke, had cigarette burns on the comforters, holes in the walls, and everything was filthy. We couldn't even stay the night there and since we checked in, no refunds.

Tried to give me a room with no keycard
I had a resevation. The clerk tried to give me a room with a malfunctioning lock. He knew about it and walked me to the room. He told me he would let me in the room, that I could leave when I wanted but that the front desk clerk would have to let me in each time since the key card would not work. AT first he told me that there was not other room available. After I refused to take that room without a functioning lock and after a great deal of "discussion" he finally gave me another room. The hotel was run down. Many room signs were missing, TV was not working I was told (did not even try it, I do not watch TV), Ice machine not working, exit door was posted as not working (obeyed sign and did not try) it looks like maintenance of the physical portions of the hotel was not being done. The hotel was extremely clean but not well maintained. Outside of trying to give me a room without a functioning key card staff was friendly.

No TV
Me and my nephew stayed there because we were going to see family for the weekend. I have stayed at this hotel before and had never had an issue, but this time there wasn’t a television in our room and when I asked if they could make arrangements to get me one I was told “very busy, hotel booked, no TV”. The stay was just one night but other than no TV, it was a good stay.
