When you walk in the apartment you will be in the master bedroom, which is open to the rest of the unit. There is plenty of storage in the dressers, plus a clothing rack for your items. The living room is a large space that also features the kitchen and dining table.

Our bathroom is a bit unique in that you will need to climb a substantial step in order to get into the shower / tub combination.

You will have one parking space in the driveway, but there is plenty of street parking.

You will enter the home by using the August Home smart lock system, which you will need to download the application. We also set up a four digit emergency keypad code for entry.

Please note that in the bathroom you will need to take a large step up to get in the shower/tub.

• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home through the resolution center on Airbnb.
