- Get ready to relax in this 5-bedroom house in Spring Mills. This property has a large kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, large living room, and is located on 20 acres. It has 2 king beds, 2 twin bed, 1 full bed, and 1 queen bed. This charming property offers a variety of sleeping arrangements for guests with lots of space to spread out. Enjoy all that Centre County has to offer when you stay at our place. Events at Penn State University, many fishing opportunities, hunting in the nearby state forest, mountain biking, and hiking. Very close to downtown Milheim where you can eat at the Elk Creek Café. It is 25 minutes to State College from the farm.
