"We were well aware of the check in procedure, but signage for parking was difficult to see. Ice machine was out of order. Flooring in lobby, stairs and hallways needs updating. We also knew there was limited dining in the area, but it was more limited than we imagined."

"The house was wonderful, the pictures online do not do it justice! It was absolutely wonderful to get away for a long family ski weekend. The host was fantastic with communication with an easy check in / check out process as well as a pristine property."
