"This location is the most layed back luxury hotel on the North River just outside of all the commotion. This view of the river is so wide, that it's unreal that 2 blocks down it's tourist chaotic. Maybe 8 minute walk down to the original main drag along the river. Come back to an absolute gorgeous view. If you are a couple that wants a premium room to get away so easily, please look into THE VUE."

"This was the worst stay I have ever had!! This place needs some serious updating and renovations. Beds are uncomfortable and pillow are hard. There were kids running the halls late at night and the person above us was jumping off beds and you can hear everything. Someone knocked on our door and ran after midnight. I called and complained and they did nothing."

"Door didn’t work- had to go down 3 times to get in the room- but still charged do early check in. The pending incidental charge was $100 for out of state vs $25 for in state. It has a decent continental breakfast."

"We loved staying at The Bent Beam Barn! The host was fantastic! We were able to check in early and he was great at communicating. We loved scheduling time to see the cows one of the mornings. We stayed with a group of adults and there was lots to do, including a fire pit, pool table and carpet ball. Had the weather been warmer, there were also outdoor games and lake access. We would definitely recommend the Bent Beam Barn and would also consider booking again in the future! "
