From peaceful mornings watching manatees glide by to afternoons paddling the river by kayak or paddleboard, this home is your invitation to slow down and soak in the beauty of Florida’s Nature Coast.

Waterfront Living: Private dock on a calm canal just off the main Weeki Wachee River — perfect for launching kayaks, paddle boards, or simply lounging with a view.
