4 tiered deck and dock, large screened area with kitchen, living and dining area. Deep water canal & large waterfront dock for kayaking, fishing & swimming. Also a large firepit area. Upstairs in the main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a small screened in porch.
Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are an absolute delight for teenagers and older. It has a separate entrance from the exterior. You must go outside and upstairs to access main house from downstairs bedroom. Connected to 4th bedroom is the ground floor screened in porch area. Plenty of dining area and a sitting area. Full size refrigerator and medium size freezer. Perfect area to dine, play games , and relax. Or enjoy drinks around the boat bar while the burgers are on the grill!
Enjoy giant Connect 4, Ladder Toss, Spike ball, and thereโ€™s a sand volleyball court. Water fountain & lights go on nightly. Manatees and fish are in the canal!

Above expectations!
The house was perfect for our family of 8. Age ranges 55-5 years. It was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The out door living areas were perfect for the little ones to play in the water and fish. Due to the property being located at the end of the canal there was not a lot of boat/kayak traffics to worry about with the kids swimming. Saw multiple manatees come through the canal in front of the dock. Downstairs area was perfect for evening cards and games with the kids. Grilling area is awesome for my son and I to hang grill and play cornhole. Everything worked out perfectly for us and we plan to come back as soon as possible.

Family Vacation
The property was perfect for our 2 family vacation, it was comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the house and all the activities from kayaking on the river to playing volleyball. Andrea was a great host and her communication was amazing. She answered questions quickly and gave great recommendations for local adventures. Truly an amazing vacation!

AMAZING
The property was amazing! I canโ€™t think of one thing that we wish it had! It was beautiful, cozy and comfortable! The host, Andrea, was so friendly and easy to communicate with during our stay! She answered any questions we had and gave us some recommendations when we asked! We saw manatees everyday we were there - 2 days right off the dock and the other days while we were kayaking/paddle boarding! It was a magical spring break for all of us!

Amazing property
This River house is wonderful. It has just about everything you would want for a stay on the river. Really cool outdoor spaces and a great layout. The property owner was very quick to respond. We have stayed at plenty of rentals and this one is right there at the top. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway
Outdoor area was beautiful with plenty of lighting for our after dark arrival. Many amenities throughout the property, well equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, lap blankets for the cooler evening, gas grill for cooking out, plenty of seating for larger groups. Many activities to entertain all age groups. Would highly recommend and will most likely return!

Absolutely Brilliant! BOOK IT!
We felt at home from the minute we pulled into the driveway and our kiddos are begging to go back! We had the good fortune of staying at this amazing property during a patch of unfortunate weather. We were sad not to be able to take full advantage of the delightful amenities outdoors, but we were so happy we booked the place because the indoor spaces were fantastic! We were a party of eight and we had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy. Loved every minute, everything we needed was right there where we needed it! One of the best experiences weโ€™ve ever had with a rental property. Amazing communication prior to arrival and we were just delighted with the experience all around. Particularly loved the use of kayaks (still used them in the pouring rain) and although we used our own life jackets, we really appreciated that they had them on hand. We were basically ready to move in and canโ€™t wait to go back!

Absolutely Amazing
The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was spectacular, the pictures really canโ€™t do this place justice. My family had the best time here and we really had no troubles. We even saw 4 manatees! This is such a great place for an escape.
