Welcome to our paradise on the river.
100+ feet of water frontage and decking.
This home is unique because it sleeps 18!!
The main house sleeps 10 plus an additional 8 can sleep in the unattached bunk houses / tiny homes.
Home also features 3 bathrooms one of them being a full outdoor bathroom and shower right off the deck. Full kitchen with service for 20 people.
Commercial fridges, oven and coffee pots.
Bring the whole family, relax and enjoy the beauty that this river has to offer.
The space
Our home is on a double lot, so the home is twice as large as most of the other houses in the area. The water frontage is also twice as long!
100 feet of water frontage!!
The deck has a rope swing, a ladder to get up with ease and a boat ramp to make kayaking easy to get in and out of the water.

It is a 4 bedroom home with 2 seperate bunk houses (tiny homes with 2 bunk beds in each one)

We have a full sand volleyball court and kayaks for your stay.

We have had dolphins and manatees right in our canal!

We are located in Weeki Wachee Gardens - a very quick paddle to the main river!

As an added bonus - right on our back dock are jetskis! They are available to rent separately.
We will come to the house, go over instructions with you, sign waivers and give lessons.
Then you will be free to go to enjoy the river on the jetskis right from the back dock! (This is a great option for people who might not want the physical strains of kayaking)
Guest access
We have one closet of our personal stuff - but the rest of the house and property is for your use. You are welcome to use the house, all the rooms and the property.
We have ample street parking, nice wide parking spaces right in front of the house. (Being a double lot means we have lots of room for parking also)

We do have a laundry room available also.
Other things to note
On our back dock are jetskis - they are available to rent separately. We will come to the house, go over instructions with you, sign waivers and give lessons.
Then you will be free to go to enjoy the river on the jetskis right from the back dock!
