The property had a modern and historical feel. It was very cozy with comfortable beds. It's pet friendly with a large lot so our dog could get good exercise. We would stay there again.
Went over Thanksgiving. Host asked if we needed anything for the holiday. I inquired about a need for the meal. It was there when we arrived. What a nice surprise. Plenty of room to have family visit. Beds were comfortable. As a bonus we saw a buck and doe in front yard every day.
We stayed at the colonial manor for a celebration of life for my cousin. It was perfect for us all to be together. We had plenty of room for each family that was there to have space but be together. We loved it.
From the moment we turn into the driveway, I knew we were in for a treat! What a beautiful home. Comfortable, clean & well appointed. There were six of us staying for a family wedding nearby & this home had plenty of room. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes & glassware. The grounds are so pretty too. Just what you would expect from a Southern estate. I highly recommend!!
We really enjoyed our family time and stay. Every bed and pull out couch was full. The house never felt cramped at all. We cooked A LOT and the kitchen was stocked well with quality items. The gas fire pit out back was lovely and we used the grill frequently. The flow of the home was effortless even with as many people as we had. The light coming in from the large glass doors was really beautiful and created such an enjoyable atmosphere. Outdoor space ample, clean and quiet! The host even had an extra propane tank on hand when I let them know we would be using the grill. Great response time. We had a lot of people so maybe could have used more towels but I imagine if you reached out before your stay they would supply. Would love to return.
It was a nice time away. This space would be amazing in the summer for those thinking about this place! Talking with property management was easy and quick!
This it was a great property to stay at. There was plenty of room and everything that you need. We would definitely stay here again. There was a lot of bird poop on the outside furniture, tables, chairs, grill and windows that we had to clean. Also, their propane tanks were empty for the grill.. Seems like there was a few things left behind from former guest like bags of beans from cornhole game. All in all, it was a good experience.game that were letoys that
The house is beautiful - better than pictured. It is quite large, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had three separate people working remotely at the same time with no disruption to wifi strength, and it was quiet enough to not be distracted or disrupted while on a meeting. It was nice working in the morning with the doors open and the birds singing. There's a big ol' cat that patrols the property, too. Overall, we liked it a lot and would absolutely stay here again. The only critical feedback would be to make sure the cleaning service is paying attention to the floors.
First, we would like to thank the property management team for allowing us to reschedule our week of vacation from July to August due to a death in the family. During our first few days of stay, we discovered problems with the gas grill and the coffee maker and the issues were resolved in less than 24 hours. The property is spacious and secluded which is what we were looking for. We enjoyed nightly bon fires and deck/patio time. There is a walking path/trail near the property which is an added benefit to this location.
My husband, myself, 2 adult kids, and 3 of their friends stayed at this wonderful house. We were in town for a wedding. The grounds of the house were fun to walk around. We sat on the rear porch and at the fire pit and it was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We had one member of the trip who had recently had knee surgery, so he stayed downstairs on the futon. There are no bedrooms downstairs. We had a great time and visited The Grand Ole Opry, Franklin, and Murfreesboro. My only suggestion would be a couple more blankets and extra sheets. Other than that the house was perfect! Thank you!
The house is beautiful and looks just as advertised. The property itself is large and was an amazing space to unwind. The firepit was my favorite. It was so fun to hang out in the backyard with the fairy lights after a long day in town.
Overall I would say they stay was relaxing and we had an amazing time. It’s so quiet and I loved the privacy. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement.
We noticed that the larger blanket in the room with the porch had not been washed. It was in a plastic cover and looked like it had been dry cleaned but had hair, lots of dust and was stained. We noticed that the floors under the beds and nightstands had lots of crumbs and hair and looked like they had not been cleaned. Same with the bathrooms. It seems like they were surface cleaned before us but could use some housekeeping improvement.
The washer and dryer had a very strong musty smell, most likely from not being used and could use some airing out. And lastly the refrigerator was very gross. It was very dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned.
I think these are pretty easy fixes, but overall should not be a reason not to rent out this phenomenal place!
The kids loved it and loved the amount of space they had to run around.
A few additional suggestions:
More drawer space
And full length mirrors
However I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone for a great family/friend vacation
Good location. Everything went well. Relaxing and no problems at all.

The price and value and over all experience fell way short of how this property was promoted and advertised. First issue was in poor repair, not clean on arrival. Throughout our stay we encountered mouse , ants and hornets and infestation of lady bugs inside the colonial home. I would encourage significant upkeep and adding window treatments for privacy. I would not recommend this property due to all of these issues.
I tried 2 times to get the host to come and see this property and they would not come. I have written a 2 page typed letter outlining our concerns with this house. It is grossly over marketed with old outdated photos and descriptions. I have requested a partial refund, which is very fair for all parties. Please get with ITrip-Nashville. I am withholding further action until I hear from someone. Sent the email to them on Monday.
This home was ideal for our family Thanksgiving with local family and friends. The property is large for outdoor entertaining with a spacious home and porch to accommodate as well.
