"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "Standard hotel, clean, quiet and easy to access tram and public transportation "

"Room was clean, warm and had good power point access, lockable storage and good showers, the staff were so friendly and helpful the bar and lounge area really cool and good place to meet friends before heading out and the location was great 5 min walk to station and 2p mins from airport via train"

"Overall, the hotel was very good. The spa area is fantastic, especially the outdoor pool and the saunas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. The only downsides for me were having to pay €12 per day for parking, the food at the spa bar, which could definitely be better, and an additional Energiekostenpauschale that was charged but not specified on Expedia. Other than that, everything was great."
