"Overall the hotel was disgusting. Smelled of weed constantly, old and outdated. Trash can overflowing when arriving outside of hotel, trash cans in the hallways from rooms constantly, a random used diaper in the hallway for over 24 hours. The pool was gross. Loud in hallways. "

"Shockingly bad. My expectations were very low and they managed to do far worse than I could have imagined. 3 night stay, television did not work after checkin. Notified desk and they made no attempts to rectify the situation. Simply said too bad can't fix it. The bed cover had multiple cigarette burns and smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I had to purchase pillows and sheets from walmart. Entering the hallway you are faced with a wall of cigarette and marijuana smoke. To each their own but as a non smoker in a hotel with signs promoting no smoking, it made for a very poor experience. The elevator broke on the 2nd day of the stay which made staying on the 3rd floor very difficult as I had numerous work bags to carry up and down from the room. Again the staff made no attempts to fix or remedy any of the situations. It is unfortunate because the hotel has been recently renovated but their customer service is what needs the most renovation!"

"The house was clean. When we arrived, the house was very cold. The thermostat was set to 69 so we turned it up, but that did not help. There was a lot of cold draft coming in. For amenities, there were none. No hand soap no bath wash. These are things that are just usually done when someone is hosting a home rental. In addition, the microwave and the dishwasher were not working for use. Also, the TV was disconnected there was no plug and we could not use the Wi-Fi. Lastly, there was lots of ice in the walkway to the house. I had to literally go out and buy some ice melt to ensure no one in my family fell. This house had a high fee for a two night stay. With the lack of amenities it did not feel luxurious as advertised and I definitely don’t feel like I got my money’s worth or value. I think this is more of a modest house and should not be advertised as a luxury house. "

"Seven Oaks Bed & Breakfast showed true hospitality. It was a quiet, restful get away. My room was very clean and provided all amenities needed. The staff was available to assist with any needs and the breakfast was excellent. "

"The house was perfect for two kids and a dog. Easy access to a good sized fenced in yard and plenty of yard for the kids to play. The house had what we needed and even had extra paper towels and toilet paper which is not always the case. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. "

"I did enjoy the spaciousness of the VRBO. I do however wish there were towels and rags for bathing, as well as tissue and paper towels. Some amenities did seem a bit dated but overall, pleasant stay. "
