"What a great hotel! The location could not be better for exploring downtown Utrecht on foot. We easily walked to the hotel from the train station-with our big suitcases even. There are a lot of shops and restaurants right outside the hotel's location. The room is dark, cool and quiet (there was a little noise on Friday night which can't be helped due to the central location and there are ear plugs provided). "There was a shortage of storage space. There should have been a table or luggage rack under the television. When we asked for the room to be cleaned the dirty coffee cup was never removed and replaced with a clean cup. The decaf coffee was never replaced after the first day and we would have to request more at reception. These are minor deficiencies but in aggregate they become annoying. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations . "

I had originally booked a pod for 4 nights and loved it so much that, when I had a change to my itinerary, I stayed an extra night. "Lovely hotel in the old part of Amersfoort - we couldn’t believe how close we were to the centre of town! Staff were very friendly and accommodating with our requests. Our two young boys loved climbing the typically Dutch stairs to our top floor room. Room itself had plenty of space. Just be aware that there is no mini fridge in the room (just some sort of ice box) which made it a little hard since we stayed for almost a week and couldn’t go out for every meal (kids!) and they have no laundry...
