Nestled in the greenery and tranquility of an evergreen oak forest, Villa Marta offers you a stunning view of the surrounding hills. This is the perfect retreat for those seeking peace, nature, and an authentic, traditional atmosphere, just a short drive from Umbria’s main villages.
The 120 m² apartment, located on the first floor of the villa, accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a walk-in shower), a spacious living room opening onto a large panoramic terrace, and a new, fully equipped kitchen. A crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request. The villa is surrounded by a private garden with a courtyard where you can conveniently park your car. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The area is renowned for its hiking trails, perfect for trekking and mountain biking. The property is just steps from the Sanctuary of San Francesco and the Sacred Wood, with its many hermitages and caves, including that of Sant’Antonio da Padova, leading up to the viewpoint over the Spoleto valley.
Spoleto’s historic center is about a 10-minute drive away. Nearby, you can visit charming villages and attractions such as Fonti del Clitunno, Campello, Trevi (15 minutes), Valnerina, Foligno, Bevagna, Montefalco, Terni (30 minutes), Assisi, Rasiglia, Marmore Falls, Narni (40 minutes), and Perugia (50 minutes). Rome is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away by car.
