The adjoining kitchen is equipped with the most important cooking utensils. Thanks to the large windows, the house is flooded with light and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.



The large, fully fenced garden invites you to relax and play. Enjoy al fresco meals on the terrace with barbecue or use the spacious garden for a game of badminton, table football or table tennis. Mountain bikes are available for active guests for a fee.



The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and cycling routes. Go canoeing on the River Clitunno, try rafting on the River Nera or go fishing on a nearby private lake. The Marmore waterfalls, Assisi and Lake Trasimeno are all worth a visit. The owner organises guided tours and sports activities on request.
