"So clean and fresh! Excellent communication, going above and beyond to meet our requests. Very close to Liberty Lake which was perfect for us. Luxurious bed linens and towels. Nice garage, driveway, and street parking. Lots of perks in the kitchen to suit coffee lovers and chefs alike. We look forward to our next stay here."

"The staff was great, the breakfast was fine and the coffee was good. It's an older hotel, so I expected that. The room was kind of grubby and dusty, which was disappointing. The bed was comfortable, but if the room isn't properly cleaned, the rest doesn't really matter. "

"Room small for suite, tiny bathroom. No safety mechanism on 5th floor window, not safe for a family. Requested us to select one day and time for cleaning during our three night stay, never came. No refresh of towels even. Staff was friendly and helpful but that’s a huge oversight on managements behalf. "

"It was a nice location and nice apartment. The traffic noise was very overwhelming as it is a very busy 4 lane road and the sound machine in the bedroom with the queen bed did not work, so getting any sleep was hard as it was constant traffic through the night. I think there was everything there that you would need for your stay as far as kitchen accomodations and they had great treats out. I could not get the patio door to lock but there was a stick. Host was great, but I dont think I would stay there again. "
