Excellent Stay - Again

We (my teenage son and I) have enjoyed two stays here while in the area for state basketball. Both stays were wonderful. The hosts are super friendly and responsive to any questions/needs and the rental is super nice and clean. We will definitely be back.

I came to Spokane to help with a grad party. The kitchen was perfect for all my baking. Everything inside was clean and super cute. My favorite was sitting outside, enjoying a book. 10/10….I will definitely be back!

Amazing stay

The place is exactly as described and very well set up. We loved it? The owners are wonderful people. They stay away but are quickly there when and if you need them. A wonderful place to stay out in the countryside yet only a few minutes from the city. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Spokane area.

Great stay

Stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for my son and I. Very nice, clean and quiet. Host was very friendly and even left us a few treats and bottled waters. I was able to relax or work remotely when we were not out watching state basketball games. It snowed our last night and the host was SO thoughtful to shovel a path to and around my car (I’ve never had a host do that before - very impressed). Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Spokane.

Great Unit/Suite!

This property is EXACTLY as described/pictured. Very cozy, clean and modern. Stocked kitchen if you want to cook meals. The hosts, Saleh and Kathy thoughtfully set out snacks, oatmeal packets and had bottles of water in the fridge which were much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this for those visiting the area.

We were impressed how clean it was and how new and well equipped also. It was tranquil neighborhood with lots of open spaces (farm like). We didn't mind some normal living sound in the above unit at all. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Spokane.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this the comfort of this rental. Five stars across the board. The only draw back to this place is there's nowhere to wash your clothing, there's no access to washer dryer. I would definitely come back to this rental on my next visit to spokane.

Clean, clean, clean! This home was so comfortable and in immaculate condition. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay here. Perfect location for an event we had at Riverside State Park. Super communication with the owners. They have done an excellent job of hosting and having this home prepared. I think this is one of the best VRBO’s I have stayed in! Would definitely stay again when in the area!

This was exactly what we needed!! Quiet, clean, and exactly what the pictures show plus more! The little snacks, water and oatmeal came in handy after a long weekend at the arena for a hockey tournament. My boys loved the little park. Even with the owners grandchildren there it was super quiet and enjoyable. The best host ever!

Nice little apartment in 5 Mile

We booked this apartment for a sporting event in Spokane because we didn’t want to stay in all the craziness downtown. The apartment is located about 17-20 minutes from the Convention center in a nice rural neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as presented on the listing. Extremely clean and well taken care of. The hosts had nice little touches like snacks, high quality products and furnishings throughout. The owners do live upstairs and that may be a turn off for some folks, but we only saw the owner when she greeted us upon arrival. We barely heard them walking around upstairs so we almost forgot they were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing little place just out side of town.

My wife and I had a most quiet and tranquil stay here. The unit was cozy, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. There were several thoughtful touches that made us feel welcomed. We understand a concern is whether the owners upstairs can be heard; we hardly ever heard them during our stay. The house’s location atop a small plateau leaves you feeling like you are not even in town. However, at the bottom of the hill in any direction you will find many conveniences. The owners included several resources of information regarding things to do, points of interest, and places to eat in both the immediate and regional areas. We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, relaxing, and felt like a slower pace. My wife took great joy in watching the free range chickens. We would love to stay here again.
