Clean and comfortable rooms. Just don’t use Expedia to book it through. Expedia stole my money when due to a typo 2 minutes later, I made a Change to a date.

The property was in an excellent location pretty center to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The checking process was very smooth and the staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and ready early which was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Property seems to have gone downhill slightly over the past several years. The surrounding area certainly has. Basketball tournament for grade school boys was going-on when we stayed. Noisy and lots of kids. By our last day the kids were gone and quiet was restored.

Thank you for the feedback. We can have a mini fridge delivered for a small fee; the suites at this location do have mini-fridges. The pool is currently being remodeled and will open soon.

Location is with in walking distance of a dozen bars and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel has great food for decent prices and the bartenders are a wealth of knowledge for the area. Absolutely recommend a stay here.

This is a very nice hotel. However, the pricing structure nickels and dimes guests. I had to pay extra to have a mini fridge in the room, and there is an amenities fee not mentioned in the room price. My biggest issue with our stay was poor communication regarding how to have our room cleaned and then defensive blame shifting by guest services when I asked to have to room cleaned. It was weird, frankly. It was as if I was supposed to somehow know their particular process, which I’ve never seen in any other hotel I have used…beans bizarro for such a nice hotel to treat their customer with disrespect. When housekeeping fixed the room up, they were awesome.

Hotel itself was nice and fancy. Everyone in the valet was super friendly and helpful as well as the people at the front desk. Sadly, that’s as far as the kindness goes. First, we tried calling the front office from our room and were left on hold for 30 minutes. We headed down to the food area and a waitress (blonde older women) instead of being helpful dismissed and ignored my friend multiple times when she had questions about ordering. This lady went around helping everyone but us. She then examined my friends ID VERYYYYY throughly, I understand having to be sure but there was no need to be rude. After my friend went up to the bar and was waiting for her drink to be made, this lady proceeded to side eye her the entire time up until we left. As we were leaving and picking up our final items, (we were told we had until 12PM to check out) a knock was at our door and then our handle was being aggressively shaken. I opened the door and the housekeeper had a terrible attitude asking when we would leave. This was BEFORE the 12pm mark. Also make sure if you are booking for a certain amount of people that they provide cups and water FOR the correct number of guests. Also there’s no fridge or microwave which sucks because of how pricey this place is.

The property is very well maintained, had a nice gym, pool and hot tub area and a $20 voucher was included with each day's stay towards the hotel restaurant and bar. Very nice and great value.

Property inside is decent, lots of animal print, and toilet paper in rooms was like sand paper. Parking isn’t on the property, recommend valet if you can. Location is middle of downtown, makes it convenient but come with its own risks.

Noisy neighbors first night, no carpet in the room which makes the noise worse, complained to front desk, people only there one night, second night much better. Beds are nice and comfy. Bathroom clean and big shower. Lot's of extra fees, parking expensive and across the street. Parking garage crowded and dark, not very secure. Overall a very nice place to stay for the price
