This spacious home is cozy and warm, central heat and air with plenty of room for friends and family. Newly remodeled with two living spaces and a well appointed kitchen makes this place a enjoyable place to stay. The Rockwood Manito neighborhood is safe and family friendly with lots of dog walkers and runners. Stay comfortable all year around with energy efficient air conditioning options and a high-efficiency furnace, ensuring the home remains cool in summer and cozy in winter!
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit.

Probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. It also had very nice amenities including both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Fluffy towels, lots of TV's and TV streaming options, and very responsive owner. 5 stars for sure!

Wonderful Home

The house is very clean, lots of extras to make our stay more comfortable, even included some basic panty items, and a wonderful layout. Hosts were great at communicating and made sure our stay was comfortable. The location was perfect to make a short drive for our family reunion in Manito Park.

Clean and convenient Property

Our stay was great. The property was cleaned convenient for our 19 day stay. My only negative comment was that there was no book or instruction at the property to explain the full check-in regarding WiFi, trash disposal days, etc. however the property manager was very responsive and answered most questions within an hour or less.

Great Beds

The house is super comfy will all the amenities you need. The house is on a busy road that has some normal night noise, but that is over shadowed by the most comfortable mattresses we all have ever slept on. Thank you so much Bill by your hospitality.. would recommend over and over.

Traveling with pets

This duplex is located at a busy intersection without a fence for your pet. I have two toy breeds that were so scared and anxious from the constant traffic that we had to seek out fenced in pee parks for our pets to go potty. This might be why dogs mark so much around this house. The traffic was also so loud that it sounded like we were in a tent on the street corner every morning at 8am. The beds were comfy and communication with the host was easy. Maybe a small garden fence and a jar of ear plugs for guests would help.

A great place!

This home is well equipped, comfortable and in a great walkable neighborhood with nearby grocery store, awesome coffee shop and some of Spokane's most beautiful streets for good walks. Upstairs bedrooms have cozy beds; downstairs couches convert to extra sleeping and cots are provided as well, all comfortable. Two bathrooms, good water pressure etc. Great kitchen! Bill was an excellent communicator and was quick to respond to emails, very helpful! Overall, a great stay and I would recommend to others!

Perfect spot

This house was perfect for a weekend visiting our Gonzaga daughter. It is spotless and comfortable. The neighborhood is great for walking the dogs and several stores and coffee shops are within walking distance. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. There is some road noise but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely recommend this home:)
