This stylish 2nd floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane as well as the Spokane Airport. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach. We are also within a short distance from Sacred Heart Hospital and Deaconess Medical Center and other medical facilities.

The space
This beautiful apartment features a large kitchen that is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. Sit back and relax on our luxurious furniture and watch the 55" smart TV. Our spacious master king suite features its own private bathroom with combination tub and shower. The classic queen room comfortably sleeps two and our sofa converts to a sleeper perfect for one additional guest! This property was exactly what we needed in a place to stay. The location was great, easy access to medical facilities, which is why we were in town. The kitchen was fully stocked, the size was great, and Jerry and Natasha sere super responsive!

We had a great time here! It was very clean and spacious. Check in was easy. Very convenient to get to downtown. It took us a while to figure out the central AC but that was quickly resolved after talking with the hosts. Would stay here again!

Family vacation

We were in town for a family reunion. The place was clean and comfortable and easy access to freeways. We enjoyed walking to the Perry district for morning coffee. The hosts were very accessible and accommodating.

Cute and comfy condo close to everything

My family and I stayed at this cute and comfy condo while visiting Spokane! It had all the comforts of home and was close to everything- Riverfront Park, Manito Park, Gonzaga University, etc! Jerry and Natasha were wonderful at communicating. We highly recommend this darling little gem in the middle of Spokane.

Very clean

The communication with the hosts was excellent which made check-in a breeze. The condo was extremely clean. Really enjoyed that coffee was provided and being able to watch Netflix.

Perfect spot

This location was perfect for Gonzaga grad week. The apartment was a great size, well equipped, clean and quiet. Barely heard neighbors, beds were comfortable and AC was a great addition. Really easy 5min drive to downtown. Hosts were communicative but not overly so, check in was crazy easy. Would def recommend.

Great location, close to hospital

My family and I were looking for somewhere close to the hospital, this was a great location. Less than a 5 minute drive away and super easy drive. Property was immaculate and very well maintained inside and out, with all the essentials you need. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Parking was great! A few other places i had looked at did not have parking available. I will definitely book again if i ever have to be close to the hospital.

Nice place, central location

We were in town to dropped our child off at Gonzaga. This was a great place to stay and made it easy to get around. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen. Loved having the full size washer/dryer. Great communication with the manager. Only bit of constructive feedback is that the unit didn't have the best TV signal but honestly we weren't really there enough to have it be an issue. Would absolutely go back.

Clean beautiful apartment easy to get downtown

Immaculate place! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We have rented from the hosts several times and they are always responsive if you have a question. Our keypad to door didn’t work and they responded within a minute to a message and we got right in. We stay in Spokane often and now only search for their rentals as we have stayed in several and all of them have been extremely comfortable and clean. This apartment is easy access to get downtown fast. Highly recommend and we will stay again when in Spokane.

Apt. review

The apt. exceeded our expectations. I have no complaints we would stay there again. I did email the host pointing out a few very minor repairs that should be attended to. They didn't affect our stay at all, but I did send pictures and explanation to the host. I doubt it was thirty minutes worth of labor.
