Walls are paper thin so if your neighbours are up and talking it’s like they’re in the same room. No breakfast included.

I stayed in 2 My Place hotels during my trip and the level of quality of service and the accommodations are pleasingly consistent from one place to another. Both rooms had a galley kitchen but no cooking utensils so can be a problem.

Room service did not come to our room once to clean it as we stayed there from Friday to Sunday also asked for towels it took about an hour and a half to get some and was told there was a pool and continental breakfast which was not available for both of them

There was food on the walls by the bed. The top blankets weren’t clean. The bathroom was old and had paint peeling. We were given a tool other than what we paid for but not a discount. And they put us by the front desk. We heard the phone until late into the night. And then again early in the morning.

Vishal was great meeting us at the front desk, checking us in and getting everything we had asked for to us. Impressed with the room and the ability to do our own laundry. The best experience was customer services with Vishal, did a great job and always smiled.

The hotel was average. I really liked the room at first but, the bed was stiff and extremely hard making it super hard to sleep. On top on that both Saturday and Sunday they were doing construction in the room above me as early as 7am waking me up both days. When I brought it to the guy at the desk attention. He said in slow months they work on things. The hotel was empty so why did you put me in a room that work was being done above it. Several other rooms were open. The breakfast there is no breakfast as advertised. They have a little small store downstairs and everything is triple the price as it would be at the store and prices are already high at the store right now so, I just couldn’t justify spending eight dollars on a small breakfast sandwich. Even a small pint of ice cream was 9 dollars. I’ll pass. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. But won’t be coming here again on my once a month stay in Spokane. Disappointed I didn’t get to sleep in on my days of either day!

The room looked clean & nice. Blackout shades were 👍 Nice space overall. Bthrm-the wall fan was clogged w dust buildup & top of the hairdryer had dust & a dental pick left on it. The comforters are premium but uncomfortably warm! An all-season comforter w an optional extra blanket would be so much better! The pillows are too big as well. The smoke alarm’s blinking green light that flashes every 10 seconds is bothersome as well…so opposite a good sleeping environment. This is near the interstate & can hear the traffic.

The WiFi was horrible. 14Megabytes. When asking the staff, I got a nonchalant response and could care less. Claire the hotel was full. A good hotel would have that addressed. The reason was poor at best. Had to go to Starbucks and other establishments to get work done as the bandwidth was non existent. Also had someone with a dog that barked all through the night. Thin walls. Bad sleep.
