The apartment was perfect for a long weekend in Spokane; clean, safe, and great location for down down events. Having a washer and dryer was a great benefit. I will definitely rent again!

Great spot!

This was a great location, so convenient and cozy, we have never been in spokane only driven by. We will definitely make this our go to whenever we make trips through spokane. As a housekeeping supervisor myself im incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of our apartment with beautifully made beds, silly for others but for me i noticed. Being right in the city it was safe feeling with lots of precautions. My compliments to the cleaning team and the management, everything was excellent.

It was very noisy at nightight, seems that Spokane Falls Blvd doubles as a race track at nihgt!

It was a great location if a little noisy. We were unable to get the overhead light in kitchen/living to work so a bit dark.

Perfect Location Downtown

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. The location was awesome with Riverside Park and downtown shops and restaurants within walking distance. Quick trip to the airport as well. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Spokane!!

Great stay

The apartment was in near perfect condition, and felt brand new. All the utilities worked very well, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient to restaurants, coffee shops and a market. The living room/kitchen was smaller than pictured; perhaps we were assigned a unit other than the one advertised. Nevertheless, we loved the place and look forward to returning.

Graduation Greatness

We stayed here for our daughter's college graduation weekend. Overall the property was great. Great location; great layout; great service. The only recommendation would be to put a second mirror in the apartment. Specifically, it would be great if you could add a full length mirror in the bedroom. Thanks for hosting us.
