Welcome to our spacious 6-bedroom home, located just a short walk away from Whitworth University. With two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a fun recreation room complete with ping pong, this home is perfect for families and groups of all sizes. Explore the university or nearby attractions, then come back to relax in our comfortable and inviting space

Great place for family!

This was the perfect place for my family to stay while we were visiting my mom at the nearby Rockwood at Whitworth for her 70th birthday. Cousins enjoyed playing ping pong in the basement or soccer in the backyard while aunts and uncles chatted in the large living room or around the big dining room table. Lovely home!

Family Reunion Ski Trip

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. Very comfortable beds, the bunk- bed room was perfect for my brother and his kids, super clean, great communication with the proprietor. It’s also conveniently located to drive to 49Degrees ski Area as well as Spokane itself. Thanks!!

Spokane getaway

This property was perfect for what we needed, came into town for a baseball tournament and the location of the house was great! Rooms were great! Beds were great!! My only suggestion would be some towels and dishcloths for the kitchen! Other than that we loved our stay!!!

Fantastic House

What a wonderful house! The location was great, and the house was fantastic. Many old friends gathered at Whitworth University for a reunion, and the location could not have been better. Property manager Jeff was great, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Great location, great bedrooms. Bummed that we had to pay for refilling a propane tank in order to grill. But overall everything was good. Easy communication. Easy everything.

Large group stay

This is a great space for a large gathering. Lots of beds and great communal spaces. Everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.

Perfect place for Whitworth graduation

It was exactly as described and perfect for our family to stay for Whitworth graduation. It was roomy and comfortable for our large group. We could all stay together and visit before and after. We had meals together without having to wait in long lines for restaurants. It was great

Home is in a great location, near many shops, food, entertainment. Lots of space for the family. The only complaint we have is the walls and baseboards REALLY need to be cleaned and the carpet stains downstairs need attention. Overall, a nice place to stay.

North Spokane - 6 Bedroom

We had a great stay here for my husbands 40th with his siblings & their families. Everyone had enough room, towels, hot water, plates, silverware (when we ran out there were plastic in the drawer), etc. It was very comfortable & clean. It was nice having aluminum foil & cling wrap available too for the leftovers after meals even. The hosts have put a lot of effort into this property & everything you could think of needing was there — even when a niece needed a bandaid we found a first aid kit under the kitchen sink.

Clean and spacious property

Overall experience was great. Everything was fairly excellent with just minor issues that didn’t need immediate attention which I communicated with our host, Jeff, who was quick to respond with apologies, again they were no big deals. The place felt bigger than the square footage due to minimalistic furnitures. The place was clean, had comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood. My suggestions to make this property even better would be to add more seating in living room, end tables by the beds to keep things like cellphones as alarms close by and since this place can accommodate up to 16 people, upgrade to a tankless water heater. On our first morning, I forgot to tell my family and others to take extra short showers and it ran out with 3 more having to take very cold showers in the winter and we couldn’t space out time because we were attending an early event.

Spokane family trip

We had a group of 11 with 6 kids that stayed here. The house was great. We had extra bedrooms because the kids all wanted to sleep in the bunk room. They had fun with the toys and games provided. The kitchen was a little small for the size of the house but we had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Overall a great place, plenty of room for a large family. I advise putting the early riser in the bedroom with the water meter, the sprinklers come on at 5:15 and it's fairly loud but not really a problem. Located in a nice neighborhood minutes from everything.
