"It was a nice hotel however there were things out of order and the hotel pool created a strong mildew scent in the area of the hotel we were staying in. We paid extra for two balcony rooms with a river view and both bedrooms had the view blocked by trees "
"Being adjacent to Spokane Falls was outstanding! Or view was amazing. We had a balcony and sat on it, had a brewski and, at bedtime, kept the slider open and listened to the waterfall and watched the Pavillion lights dance.
Highly recommended !"

5/5 Excellent
"This is a great building with spacious rooms, especially with the extra high ceilings. The common area on the second floor creates a second lobby of sorts, and has interesting art and furniture. If you're looking for a nice place at a reasonable cost, give this historic spot a try."
