You don't get any closer to the action in downtown Spokane--right across the street from the convention center and minutes to Riverfront Park and great food. And the apartments themselves are wonderfully appointed and extremely affordable. A mini-apartment with all of the amenities you would need for a short stay, or even an extended one, for less than most neighboring hotels. While I hope they can work with the Davenport Grand to get a discount parking situation setup (as it's pretty spendy for covered parking, $25+tax), we did park on the street one night and it worked out okay, though having to move our car the next morning would've been a drag if we hadn't been leaving early. Definitely the only downside to this stay, but it's not a deal breaker by any means as this likely will become our go-to place to stay when we're in Spokane.
Great spot downtown Spokane! Walking distance to Riverfront Park, Convention Center, bus plaza,, downtown mall, many great restaurants and nightlife. Super clean apartment with everything you need.
The place was clean and as in the pictures. It’s small but has everything you need.
Someone broke into the auto of one of the guests and took all of her kid’s dorm stuff. That has nothing to do with the property though. It was move-in weekend at Gonzaga and the thieves were on the look out. Make sure you take everything in with you as stated in the instructions and you should be fine.

It’s a cute little apartment across the street from the convention center/river walk. Joe is extremely nice and helpful. My code didn’t work in the elevator for some reason. I arrived earlier than expected and they accommodated me which was wonderful. Parking is kind of a hassle trying to figure out where and what time the meters run out or a close parking garage. But it’s a beautiful town. Friendly people.
