  • New Modern home in central location. Home is clean, quiet cul de sac; 15 minute walk to Whitworth University. Only a short drive to downtown, other local universities (WSU, Gonzaga, EWU) or Mt. Spokane. Plenty of room for your family or friends, or furry friends; handicap bars-commode and bath chair available. close to trails, park and shopping. Comfy single story,2 car garage with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, patio, BBQ, central air/heat. Free Wi-Fi Internet; fenced yard.

Great spot for a summer stay!

Loved this location, Accross from a park and nature preserve. House was full of little extras that made our stay easier! The only suggestion I would have would be to have a larger skillet or cookie sheet to allow for making larger meals. We are a family of 5 and needed to get creative to make breakfast

Comfortable and quiet

Was a great place to stay at an affordable rate. Unfortunately gate was not atrached at time if stay, and yard is unfinished for animals. The kitchen lacks in pots and pans for cooking meals more more than a person or two. But it wasa nice layout, and perfect for a long stay

Walked into a very clean house. Property was exactly as described.The yard wasn’t 100% fenced but clearly efforts made to block any escape avenues for our dogs.Kitchen was more than adequately stocked, all needed and bonus items were available.We come to Spokane a few times a year and would definitely return to this property.
