Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach. We are also within a short distance from Sacred Heart Hospital and Deaconess Medical Center and other medical facilities.

The space
This beautiful apartment features a large kitchen that is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. Sit back and relax on our luxurious furniture and watch the 55" smart TV. Our spacious master king suite features its own private bathroom with combination tub and shower. The classic queen room comfortably sleeps two and our sofa converts to a sleeper perfect for one additional guest! This unit is great for small families as well as couples traveling together who enjoy their privacy but also want all the comforts of home. BOOK NOW!

In town for a wedding

Five of us rented this apartment and we were all pleased with the accommodations. It was clean, looked just like it is pictured and conveniently located, really just blocks from the freeway, which you can definitely hear, but is more like ocean waves than semis rolling past. Definitely recommend if you’re in Spokane for an event!

Very clean. Loved having the two full bathrooms. Bed was super comfy (main bedroom). Size perfect. Enjoyed the outside deck patio. Loved our stay.I did reach out to the owners with no response. It was a minor request. The place works great on its own…

Great location very clean Great communication with the hostI would recommend window coverings that darken the room it was pretty bright as soon as the sun came up. They do have mini blinds on all windows it was just bright

Pleasant stay

This property worked out great for our group of 2 couples. The neighborhood is interesting but caused us no issue at all. The property is clean and well kept. Owners and check in/out processes were all great, would stay again.

Awesome experience!!!

Great location to downtown in a transitional, up-and-coming neighborhood, NEW construction with great decor and amenities, COMFORTABLE beds...LOVED this property!!! Don't be worried about proximity to I90 - very little road noise as the hwy is sunk down about 40 feet in a rock bed. Easy access to I90, less than 2 miles to convention center / Podium area, and close to restaurants and shopping. Best of all - cheaper than staying at a hotel! Would highly recommend!

Apartment was great, location alright. I wanted to be down town and I expected my surroundings to be by the hospital & freeway. My only concern was the apartment above us. Children running & jumping….i get it but at 6am was a little unnerving. I’d just let anyone else in the future know what to expect. All in all, met our needs. Thank you!

Graduation/College Visit

This property was perfect for us to visit our son and attend his graduation. The apartment has all the things you expect and more! They accommodated our request for an early check in due to early flights. It will be our go to for future visits to Spokane!

Very good but not quiet

Everything is well represented by the site and is good value. Be prepared for this tradeoff: the location catches noise from the highway, and various infrastructure elements are far from silent—the aircon blows right at you in the sitting area, and even the fridge and washing machine are groaners (not old, just noisy). We were blessed with a noisy tenant upstairs, though I think they were also temporary visitors, like us. Communications were excellent, checkin worked well. We didn’t appreciate the owners framing how to rate a stay from five stars down to one star (photo attached). The scale seems self-serving in the owners’ interests. So, using the owner’s own biased scale, I think 4 stars is fair, but many of the issues can’t be fixed.
