I could hear everything from the room nextdoor. Very annoying! Loud voices. I didn't want maid service but they came in and threw away my peanuts.

Valet was very rude. Reaching into car and pulling things out when explicitly asked not to. Extremely pushy and was just taking things out of my car and dropped my luggage with my expensive electronics after explicitly asked not to touch it.

This hotel should be renamed The Pidegeon. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor on the inner side of the hotel. We were kept awake by the CONSTANT noise of pidgeons outside, and I'm not talking about soft cooing. Although the location of the hotel is convenient, walking around the area is sketchy for safety.

I would stay here again however this location really needs to work on the “included breakfast.” It was a bit sad. They pushed tables together in a side room and put a jug of milk on ice and some boxes of cereal, there were some cooked options but overall it left something to be desired. I ended up in a room without a fridge so if that’s something that is important to you I’d double check before getting comfortable.

Hotel was great. Bed super comfy. Bathroom large and convenient. Very quiet for us. Outside little sketchy with all homeless. Always looking over shoulder when outside hotel. But given the inside wild cigarette staying again

Terrific property. Nice spacious rooms, with huge bathrooms. The neighborhood has a lot of homeless, but the police station is also a few blocks away and it’s well patrolled. I few lt safe walking at night. Would definitely stay here again!

The front desk clerks were great and the hotel is beautiful. Overall clean (with the exception of dirty vents in the room and dust on walls and some fixtures). Very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again but have decided to remove it from my list for 2 reasons: (1) we paid for valet parking in a secure lot because only paid meter street parking was available in an area full of homeless with visible drug deals going on; we were advised not to walk anywhere after dark in that area and had to Uber; (2) we paid $20 per person for an inedible continental breakfast. I do not typically make complaints, but I really was not impressed by those two issues combined.

I want to stress that the room itself was great- clean, everything worked. Funky decor and a good size, it was just what I needed , room wise. I am not familiar with the area, so I booked this hotel knowing I wouldnt have a car, and was hoping I could walk around to get where I needed to go; unfornuately I did not feel safe walking around due to the homeless population nearby- lots of tents, camps, etc. I was traveling by myself and just didnt feel safe wandering around, specifically at night. I do acknowledge that this is out of the hotel's control. Another thing I didnt understand completely was that with the hotel's restaurant under construction/not fully available. I was kicking myself not seeing/realizing that It wasnt fully functional at the time of booking, as I specifically wanted a restaurant in the hotel; but on my first night, I walk into the area and it was completely quiet & empty-i double checked twice with the front desk staff it's hours and they kept telling me it was open, despite how empty it was. I was hoping to get some quick dinner and get to bed early. I go up to the bartender (only sfaff member in that area) and he explained that they are trying to re-open as a full service restaurant, so they werent offering a full dinner, but they WERE serving a private event somehow, but not dinner to a guest (me) ?. I didnt quite understand that logic. I got myself a glass of wine and ordered in Doordash instead.

Homeless people galore, just a few yards from the entrance. Your vehicle is not safe to be parked outside the hotel, so you’re forced to use their valet parking at an extra cost

The walls were very thin making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and apologetic, which they needed to be a LOT. First, the room had no heat and we needed to be moved. Then we had no towels in the room. Whenever we would call the desk we would be told "a few minutes". It was always at least 20 to have an issue resolved. They overpromise and underdeliver.

Very nice stay.
The staff was very friendly. Our room looked to be newly remodeled and was very nice. The shower and bathroon were spotless! Parking was free valet only. Restaurant was closed so we didn't take part in their grab and go breakfast they offered.

Delightful vibe
The hotel is old. From the outside and lobby, it looks like an old boarding house. The rooms are delightfully renovated with totally modern accomodations. The bathroom was totally updated and very nice! The staff were very nice and helpful making you feel very comfortable

Nice size room and modern bathroom - some of the fixtures / furniture were looking a little tired. Train tracks right behind the hotel and every time the night train went by it set off a car alarm. Also wood floors so noise travels from above.

We love Hotel Indigo and stay here most trips to overnight in Spokane. The staff is always great and helpful and super friendly. And they love our dog! However, this trip we were a bit disappointed to discover the lounge was closed and limited days now (as they are going through transition) We do understand this is happening all over and we will look forward to the reopening of the new lounge management. We were just very much looking forward to relaxing in the lounge before our di new reservations after a long drive. No worries...we will be back. But that's the reason for the lower rating this time.

Great mini vacation
Great stay! Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice with a very good bathroom. Some great breweries and restaurants near by.
